Co-Parenting Coaching (Joint or Individual)
Unlike Parenting Coordination, Co-Parenting Coaching is a voluntary process that does not require families to have court orders appointing us. It’s a fantastic opportunity to focus on practical strategies for navigating co-parenting challenges. With Mary Louise’s guidance, parents can work on improving communication, reducing conflict, and fostering a more positive and supportive environment for their children.
Fees
- Intake Meeting: $605 per parent
- Ongoing Joint Meetings: $440 per parent
What’s the process for Co-Parenting Coaching?
Step 1 – Individual Intake Meeting
Co-parenting coaching begins with a one-on-one intake meeting with Mary Louise. This is a space for you to share your perspective, reflect on what’s been challenging, and identify the areas you’d like support with – whether that’s communication, boundaries, routines, or understanding your child’s needs during transitions.
These meetings are available either in person or online.
Step 2 – Ongoing Coaching Sessions
After your intake meeting, ongoing coaching sessions are offered at a pace that suits you. Some parents attend fortnightly or monthly, while others prefer to check in as needed during more challenging periods.
These sessions are tailored to support you in:
-
-
- Building practical co-parenting strategies
- Responding more calmly in moments of stress
- Creating more consistency and stability for your children
- Navigating communication difficulties
-
You can attend on your own, or with your co-parent if you’re both open to it. Sessions are available in person, online, or in a hybrid format depending on what feels most comfortable and accessible for you.
